Export Catalog to PDF Module Error

Hi Guys

 

I am facing a problem with this module I have tried to get some help from the developer but he is not getting back to me on this.

 

I keep on getting errors like this one ( TCPDF ERROR: [image] Unable to get image: www.dev.tech5.co.za/mcnaughtans/img/p/5/7/2/572.jpg ) but if I click on this link the images are there do you know what the course could be?

It is this module that we purchased (https://www.xtendify.com/en/modules/prestashop/export-data/1442-export-catalog-to-pdf-mini).

 

The first problem was the size but we fixed that but the developer is not getting back to us at all with this error now, This is a big problem for us we can't even ask for a refund now.

It is hard to debug such modules containing obfuscated code.
