Upgrade prestashop help pleaseee!

Hi, i have 1.6.1.3 version but i have a lot oF javascript errors (for example i can't add image on products description, i can't add image on cms pages, i have bug with combinations that it shows all images for the first access to product, then if i reclick combinations all photos are ok).
then I made change in admin controllers to shows in menu cms pages.

if i will upgrade it will works also with this changes to admin controllers? 

if i have javascript errors they will be solved?

please help me i'm worried to update version but there are a lot of problem..or i will solve it but i can't able to solve or i will upgrade but i don't want create a lot more problems.

 

and if i will upgrade i willl lost cms pages, product, product images ecc??

 

i made DB backups and FTP backups.

 

please help me

How you update the store?
You first have updated the store, and then installed the purchased theme?

I downloaded prestashop version 1.6.1.3 theb i installed theme but these errors started when i transfered website to another hosting..these issues are not related from new theme

You have installed clean PS1.6.1.3 ?
Then you installed the new theme?

Or you have updated to version 1.6.1.3 store from an earlier version?

On the second image I see that you have a lot of changes the admin files.
Maybe they give errors.

It was stopped since 4minutes. It says 5008 files left to upgrade but it does not continue
