Module to import a CSV

Hi,

I am looking for a developper to create a module which should import a CSV in a folder of my FTP and create products
This CSV contains 5 columns : Name, Reference, Price, Description, Summary
It is regularly updated on my FTP and a CRON must be set up to take it in account
