added new category disappear in category block

Hi everybody.

I added all category in free version 1.2.5.0
Then I replaced all files with beta1.3.0.3 except database.

Now, added new category item disappear in category block.
a product added in that category appear in new products.
and when i click that category in navigation ( home > (New category) > new product )

error message

There is 1 error:
1. you do not have access to this category

I have done what I can.
I tried to Replace old version program.
I tried to fix the js file.

Please help me.
