Banner, target link to all products under € 50,- and Sale

Hi all,

I'm new to Prestashop (1.6.1.4) and working on my first shop. I like and use the "default-bootstrap" theme and it's understandable so far, but... I try to link the banners on the homepage to different parts of the shop.

 

I would like to know how to link a banner to "everything under € 50,-" and to the "sale"

The only way I can think of being able to do that without any modifications would be to target a category that is using the layered navigation. you can set the filter by price in it, then you can target all of them that way.
