Can users in- or decrease text (fonts)?

Hi,

If the the standard fontsize is not big enough for the user to read, how can we make it so that the user can increase / decrase / reset the font size?

Example; Top of the screen in the middle, just below the IceShop logo on http://demo.batavi.org/
