Fix issues on web from Google PageSpeed insights

I have the follow issues that i should fix from the test of google pagaspeed insights:

I should optimize the next css issues:

How can i said that these css parts should charge at the end, on header.tpl file ?

Its a total pain, but you really need to hand profile your css. It is going to be something that is going to be fairly expensive to get someone to do, if it can even be done on your site.
