Unable Add Product To Cart on Product Page.

Hi.

I create a online store using PrestaShop.

My online store is for clothing or any other products.

Everything was fine.

But when i set different Sizes and Color options for my customers, in product page it saying- " This combination does not exist for this product. Please select another combination.", but why?

In this situation the Add To Cart button also missing on product page.

  So please help me as soon as possible to solve this.

  And please also tell me how can i set quantity for all sizes and colors, not separately for sizes or colors.

Perhaps a misconfiguration of your site. Are you using stock ? If yes, and you disabled "buy products with no stock" than the button is missing, cause there is no stock.

 

Please revise the configuration of your site/stock managamente on tab: "preferences -> products -> Allow ordering of out-of-stock products = YES. Or add a stock to the features of your products (size, color, etc).

I have already set the stock differently to Colors, Sizes.

And the problem was starting from that time.

When i add only Color feature and its stock or only Size feature and its stock then no any problem happening. But when i set another feature Color or Size then the problem is starting.

So Please tell me how can i solve the problem.

And i also set YES for buy allowing out of stock products.

You added the features, but did not created any  product combination. There is missing second step. See here how to create combinations on this tutorial: http://doc.prestashop.com/display/PS16/Managing+Products#ManagingProducts-AddingProductCombinations

No no, actually in my previous reply i do a mistake.

I mean i set the product combination also, and i set the quantity for each combination differently.

Sorry, but I cannot say if it is a configuration problem or not. Size S of color grey (whicht is by default standard combination of your produtct White round Neck T-Shirt is currently not on stock.

 

Please add a printscreen to your next topic of the combination configuration of this size, for to verify, and also of your stock configuration I named before (All settings) on tab: "preferences -> products ->

 

BTW: which Prestashop version is in use ? Which php version is in use on the server ? mod_security on server disabled ?
