Order Confirmation Email is not being sent to customer in prestashop v1.5.6.2

Hi Guyz,

 

There seems to be having problem regarding order confirmation mail. But the strange thing is every thing seems to be working perfectly , for example :  Contact form , New user registration , even test email is being sent but like i mentioned only order confirmation email is not being sent . so need your help.!

Hello.

Go to orders->statuses and check statuses. "Send email to customer" option must be enabled.

For example, Cash on delivery has the status "Awaiting cod validation"

but I have another problem about cc avenue .

 

=> when customer returning on website after make payment on cc avenue at that time it redirect to this url 'http://www.mydomain.com/modules/ccavenue/validation.php '

 

=> I was read some solution & apply it but till not solved and i stuck in since 2-3 days, so if you have guyz any solution please help me ,I need help.
