juerpa
Hi, There seems to be 64 Mb limit for downloadable products in Prestashop by default. Administration -> Preferences I found "Maximum file size for downloadable product" and was able to increase file to 64 Mb. If i try to increase the file size bigger comes red box with this text: "The limit chosen is larger than the servers maximum upload limit. Please increase the limits of your server." (Screenshot attached) I found this great article about how to fix php.ini in order to increase memory limit: https://www.prestashop.com/blog/en/php-ini-file/#comments Only thing is that it don´t tell how to do it in Prestashop Cloud or how to find this php.ini file in Prestashop. Any advice? Jukka
0 eleazar
No way! You don't have permission to change php.ini of PrestaShop cloud. In any case I'd recommend to read more about the restrictions of the cloud: https://www.prestashop.com/cloud/cgu/cgu-PrestaShop-Cloud_en.pdf (Paragraph 8)
