I received a message from a customer and when i replies to him, he did not get my answer. Can anyone tell me where the problem might be and how to fix it? shokinro Posted March 31, 2016 Share Posted March 31, 2016 do you reply the message via PrestaShop or via your mail client? ask your customer to check the email in junk/spam mail folder to see if it is there, sometimes the email goes there.
