puffdade Posted March 30, 2016 Share Posted March 30, 2016 (edited) The scenario is this I offer free postage on all orders over £45.00 we make it perfectly clear in our T & C 's that all free postage is sent royal mail 1st class recorded. However I have a problem where premium postage options are still showing at the checkout as FREE and we get customers clicking Saturday Delivery and Special delivery as they are still available, We send the goods as per our Terms and then the customer kicks off, I have even added some text after Special stating its not included in the free shipping option yet people still insist we are wrong. is there a solution? how can I remove those options when someone qualifies for FREE delivery, I have checked each of the couriers settings and both are checked not included for free shipping its confusing me now My presta version is 1.6.0.14 example image attached to show options after I have created a sale that qualifies for free shipping Regards Paul Edited March 31, 2016 by puffdade (see edit history) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
puffdade Posted March 31, 2016 Author Share Posted March 31, 2016 My bad All sorted now, just for the record if anyone has the same issue I had free postage set up at the required figure of £45 under the shipping tab even though I had set up each individual courier to the correct amounts I guess Presta was getting confused how to handle the situation. setting the shipping to zero under the shipping tab bought each individual courier back to life and now all is working as it was Just got to find out which member of my staff had a play with the controls 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
