"Suggested for You" and Shipping in Core Email - "Shipped"

When editing my core emails we're looking to spruce it up like the attached image.  We'd like to get away from the stock Prestashop look and have a few more options.  Does anyone know how to have a "Suggested for You" in an email once the order is mark as received or shipped?  I'd love to know if this is possible and then what the code to enter would be.  Additionally, is there a way to get the social media icons and the whole email to look more like the attached and less like the stock Prestashop look?

Lastly, what is a good way to integrated our "Shipped" email to have the tracking number embedded in it?  Do we have to manually input the tracking number into each email?
