I can not signup with different account as a customer in testing

i install presta first time but 

I can not signup with different account as a customer in testing website when i create account the page redirect to login page but account not created and no notification come about new account...... please any body help me

Did you use any automated installer?
What's the php/mysql version on your server? (you can check it in the back office, advanced parameters, configuration information

after redirect is there a 1 in the email address?

 

This is usually situation where PHP version is to high.

 

Try 5.6 or 5.5 or PHP if there is a 1 in the email address
