Possible Bug - Add Cart Block - Combinations

Hi,

When changing the combination in the right hand add cart block, the combinations reset straight back to the default combination.  The page URL changes for a split second and the reverts back to the URL of the default combination as if it is redirecting.  This is the same for all products I add in this particular store. 

 

I have not encountered this before in any of my previous store's. 

 

I would very much appreciate any help that can be offered.
