Install PayPal Module.

Hello.

 

I am in Argentina. I am configuring a cloud store and i cant figure out how to add PayPal Module to my store.

Ive read all posts related and no solution given seems to work.

 

In the Module section in my backoffice the module doesn t appear. I ve tried changing Default Location under Location -> Location to USA or Europe but the module still doesnt show.

 

Ive tried downloading it from http://addons.prestashop.com/es/1748-paypal.html, and I can, but then, how do I upload it to my cloud store?? Because ive also tried creating a ftp user with this documentation http://doc.prestashop.com/display/CLOUD/Gestionar+usuarios+FTP, but in my cloud administration I not able to view FTP users section nor Create FTP user...

 

I am very confused, is this available for cloud shops? If so, what am I missing.

I would suggest you call Prestshop Cloud support directly.

Have you cleared your Cache?

Advanced Parameters>Performance and click the Cache button up the top right hand side

 

I had the same problem but once I did this, the module showed up

Hello Laura,

 

if you want to create an FTP-User, do this:

1. Click on My Store
2. Choose Store Details
3. Scroll down
4. Click button Add new FTP-User

If you want to add a module from PrestaShop Addons in the cloud

• Open Modules & Services in Back Office
• Click Button Add a new module
• Click Button Next
• A fancy box opens: You can Sign in or Create an account here
• Afterwards you are redirected to the modules page of your Back Office
• Click Button Add a new module once again
• A search form for AddOns opens and you may search any module
• If you choose the Paypal Module here it will be automatically installed in your cloud store

But maybe you will be disappointed, because in contrast to Europe a Paypal module is not free of charge in every country. This maybe the reason why it is not available automatically in the modules list.

I didn't pay for it! I'm using the Cloud. it should show in your Modules section AFTER you have changed your default country AND cleared your cache.
