I navigate to create an account, enter a email address > add some info and click Register button. It does not create the account and redirects back to create account page with a 1 in the email address fields. Could someone test and help me find where to look for errors. I enabled debug but it didn't throw any errors. I'm thinking it's a server setting causing the issue.
