how to redirect old URLs (with ID) to new ones (without ID)

Hello,

I unfortunately bought that module  "Advanced URL Module" to remove ID from links. The module doesn't riderect old urls to the new ones (we recieved a lot errors in Google console, also checking online our product and clicking on them we recieve "page non found").

 

The site is loosing the visibility. The developer doesn't answer for 7 days.

PLease, how to redirect the old links to the new ones?

 

I am not a web master, if you can very simple instructions??
