how to delete and reset all products?

We have 3000 products and would like to delete and reset all ID.. Is there a way to do this with out needing to reinstall PrestaShop.

I have made the data backup but is there any way to delete every thing all at once. with out needing to click each Product? Also do you know where I can get ps-cleaner I cant find any thing on google.

ps cleaner should be in Your Module list:

 

and you can view more and multiselect with "Action"

OK, with massive choice, up to 1000 products, and in 3 clic solve my problem
