The posibility to buy a product of a wishlist from someone else and let it send directly to the wishlist owner. As far as I know it is only possible to let the item send to the address you are putting in. (and if you don't know the one of the wishlist owner, or this person doesn't want to leave the address behind ... it will be not possible) Is there a (paid) module that will allow you to work as with amazon.
