[Solved]Where to enter banner html code?

I want to apply the Ideal banner to my website,but on the site i get a html code that i have to put on my site what file do i have to edit and put the code in?
Want to place the banner in the left side of my website.

Got the html working on my website with the help of addstuff module
Having problems with the size og the banner tho,now its smaller then my blocks.
Is there a way to get it to the same size as my blocks?

Here is the size in the code (too small)
155x55.gif" width="155" height="55" border="0" />


I can get the banner bigger (too big)
234x60.gif" width="234" height="60" border="0" />


But then its too big,what is the correct width of the defalt blocks?
