Carts problem

Hi to everyone, I've a problem with some customers and some carts.

I can't understand the problem because I can't reply it.

 

Pratically a customer, I don't know which is the criterion, inserts a product in the cart. After few seconds he inserts a second product and, instead of adding it in the first cart, he creates a new one.

At this point I call the customer at the phone, I make him cleaning the cash in his browser and the problem is resolved.

 

Can you help me to understand what happens? Has already happened the same thing to someone?

Maybe your site is reachable with http & https or with www and without.

So maybe users enter your site in different ways and get multiple cookies.

I don't know what might happen, I cann't replicate the problem

Did you made any major change recently, such as domain dns, move to new server (new IP), update Presatshop version (from 1.5 to 1.6)?

If so, it maybe old customers with multiple cookies.

Other than that I don't believe I can help.

 

Also when you say that your site is visible only with www, it means that all other approaches are automatically redirected to www?
