Fatal error: Call to undefined function xcache_get()

Hello,

 

I`m using Prestashop 1.6.1.4 version and i have a problem.

When i click Advanced Parameters --> CSV Import i get this message:

 

Fatal error: Call to undefined function xcache_get() in /home/orangeho/public_html/demos/arena/classes/cache/CacheXcache.php on line 36

 

Can somebody give me some tips?

You are using Caching - Xcache and your server doesn't support it. Disable Caching under Advanced Parameters > Performance to fix it.

I have it with php7 with opcache activated. The xcache was disabled. Finally I restored a backup. It wasn't easy like delete the cache folders... Sorry to not help more.

I had the same problem, but I have solved it.

 

Go to Tools -> Performance, scroll down to Caching. If it's disabled, enable it. Probably there is Xcache selected. Select Memcache and press Save, then disable Cache at all and pres Save again. Import should work now.
