Unable to access Advanced Parameters >> Performance

Hi guys,

When I try to go to advanced parameters and then to Performance my webshop crashes.
I get the following error: is currently unable to handle this request.

500
 

I can open all the other options on the Advanced Parameters menu.. I need to clear my cache, but can anyone please help me to solve this problem? I can give you the FTP or back-office login if necessary..

You should ask your provider. 500 error are various server errors. Your provider should examine the error logs of the server and clean the problem.
