Error al instalar plantilla (front office en blanco)

Por favor necesito ayuda instalando plantilla.

 

Tengo ultima versión prestashop 1.6.1.4 y estoy utilizando un servidor local (XAMPP) he descargado una plantilla por primera vez y me he asegurado que es compatible. He seguido los pasos para instalarla y configurarla. El problema es que al intentar visualizarla en el front office me aparece la página en blanco. ¿Alguien me puede decir qué debo hacer para solucionarlo?
