500 Internal server error, but no debug options available.

Hello,

 

I run a Prestashop version 1.5.6. Suddenly all pages went blank showing the common "500 internal server error"

Before posting here i have asked my hostingparty for any advanced error reports on this webshop. But none.

I have followed the solutions to debug the website through these options as mentioned below.

After setting the error reporting to true, i dont get the 500 internal error. But just a white screen where the debugging information would be shown normaly. 

 

What can i do to test and debug more?
