HELP! QUERY in queue are blocking the website SELECT s.id_shop, CONCAT...ecc.

We have many query SQL which are formig a queue and are blocking the activity of our website

 

It is always same one repeating self and blocking activity.
 

What are they and how can we solve this problem?
