melkkoe
Hello there, I recently installed Prestashop for the first time. I now have a problem with the backend of the site. When i go to my admin-login page, the page looks 'broken' . I can login, but the screen stays broken. (images wont load, no workable environment). I tested this on different webbrowsers (Chrome, Firefox, Explorer) I made some screenshots Some general information: I have 3 websites om my hosting account. * www.denise-ritchie.nl ( my main/first website) * www.thepinpins.nl (a wordpress site, second site) * www.gitariaans.nl (the prestashop site, third site) Now, when i go to the admin login page of my prestashop site, i can see in the url it links from " denise-ritchie.nl" , so it looks like: http://www.denise-ritchie.nl/gitariaans.nl/adminXXXXXXX This is not the case, for example, when i go the admin page of thepinpins.nl Maybe this causes the error? I Tried to re-install prestashop several times but it didnt help. Does anyone know what to do ? Thank your for your help, Chris
tuk66
It is about URLs. Try looking in cPanel and .htaccess files.

tuk66
I don't know. Everything depends on your actuall settings/options/files.
Jordan PArk
I have installed Prestashop for the first time and installation went well until I had to try and access the Backoffice part. The databases etc are fine however when I log in to the domain.com.au/admin I am given an Error 500 _ Internal Server Error.
tuk66
500 Internal Server Error is a very common error. Enable Debug mode /* Debug only */ if (!defined('_PS_MODE_DEV_')) define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', true); in /config/defines.inc.php to see details.
