RaphUK
My PayPal module is not working anymore. I receive by email this message "Error reporting from your PayPal API module" when customers are using PayPal and they can't proceed to the payment page . My PayPal account works well. I have updated the module and contacted PayPal who said that the problem doesn't come from PayPal. Can anybody help? Thank you.
tdr170
What version of Prestashop and what version of PayPal. Have you made a test order to see if you can purchase through PayPal. Double check the credentials make sure there is no extra spaces before or after.
RaphUK
I am using Prestashop 1.6.0.8 and PayPal v.3.7.2 Yes I have made a test order and everything worked fine - purchasing and reimbursing. I haven't touched the credentials and it was working before. Have I missed anything from PayPal like a big update? But according to paypal the problem doesn't come from them. tdr170
You said you updated the module however PayPal is now 3.10.2 http://addons.prestashop.com/en/1748-paypal.html So the issue is your module does not support TLS security which PayPal now uses if you update to the latest version you should be OK.
