Change link when Mouse run through images

In Prestashop v1.3, you can go to Modules > Block advertising v0.1 (in the Blocks section) > Configure and then change the "Image link". In Prestashop v1.2.5 and earlier, this configuration page doesn't exist, so you must manually edit modules/blockadvertising/blockadvertising.tpl and change link in the <a href.
