jan000
Hello, We moved our PS site to a new hosting provider and after that we had the following problems on the back end. (the front end looks the same as before) 1. Product / Images are missing on the admin panel, it seems that there is no images uploaded for the products, but there are When I click on refresh I get back the images for a short time but there are the following error messages: 2 errors Products must be in at least one category. This product must be in the default category. 2. Product / Information - the wysiwyg editor is missig, it disappeared, I can see only html codes on the product description boxes. 3. On the back-end login entrance page the images replaced by question marks, not the penguin. When we moved the site to the new hosting provider we did not check that we used before PHP 5.4. We had PHP 5.6 on the new provider. When we realized that the PHP version is different we modified the PHP version on the cPanel to 5.4. We tried the followings without any result: - turn off caches, - regenerate thumbnails, - regenerate htaccess file with SEO friendly URL button turn off-turn on, - modifying premission of folders and files to 755. PS version: 1.6.1.4 Thank you in advance if anyone can help us. Janos
jan000
Hello, My developers fixed the problem. Solution to 1-2: Turned off the apache pagespeed module because of incompatibility with Prestashop. Solution to 3: Delted two lines in the .htaccess files. (Sorry I do not know which)
