Contact Form On Cms Page

I have a module like that but a bit different - puts CMS contents on contact page. It does the job of creating a rich contact page.

My website is almost finished, just one thing left: I need a contact form on a CMS page. How do I do this?

 

I have searched for modules, but I can't find one. I hope somebody out here knows a solution.

I saw that one, but indeed it works a bit different. I can't even seem to find the original prestashop contact page, by the way. Where can you find that?

You can use the module: http://addons.prestashop.com/en/22563-form-builder-pro.html

you can add any form to contact page and create your custom contact form with ton options.

I used advanced CMS and form maker for this in my last project.

That is true, the company bought the pack, and the advanced CMS was practical for putting pages together quickly, so it worked out for us but you can purchase it seperately.
