Problem With Cms Pages

Hello everyone,

i have a problem with CMS pages, its my first prestashop ind im newbie about MySQL, i had a 1.5.x version of prestashop and had this problem, now i have 1.6.1.4 version and the same problem. For now i make my shop on localhost.

i bought template on Template monster, i was searching answer for my problem a lot on forum but i didnt find solution for me.

 

I cant make new cms pages, i cant editing existing cms pages or disabling them. I can make new category cms, but than i cant make new cms page on new category. When im editing cms page i have status saved sucefull but nothing happend. When i make new cms page i get this error
