Roby:;
As you agreed with the customer about any update of Prestashop? Initially signed an agreement in the contract (eg 50 € to every major update of CMS) or do otherwise? My fear is that any update may cause problems to the site and that ultimately has to lose more time than to do it over again, my fears may be justified? El Patron
Hi, upgrades should only be done when it fixes an existing native feature, or the new release has new feature. One should not upgrade just to be current. Most of us can get several years of sales on a single installation, really when our front offices start to show age is when we should consider more a front office theme upgrade, the native ps may or may not need to be upgraded. The only people that we care about are visitors and their experience, so if all is working well then best to focus on selling the product and not upgrading.
