Problem When Disable Required Fields

Hi All

I have a big problem with required fields. I read all solutions on this forum. I look everywar.
Problem is when I disable all required fields in guest chackout.
If I want to pay I have 1 error: An error occurred while creating your account.
Phone fields is all time required. If I turn on required fields "name" there is standard information when chackout, that the fields "name" is required. When I input  a required field message is the same because other required fields are set to not required.

Can anyone help ? I looking solutions for 3 weeks
