Disable Certain Fields During Checkout Process For Particular Product (Or Group)?

Hi everyone.

 

Is it possible—and if so, how—to disable certain fields during the checkout process, but only for a particular product or group of products?

 

For instance, for regular products, an address is required because you have to send the physical item to a location. But for downloadable products, an address isn't required. So I would like to remove those fields from the checkout process. Is this possible, and if so, how?

Yes,

 

While creating Product, you have to select Virtual Product as a Product Type.

Hence if Virtual product will not require delivery address.
