[Help] About data transfer

Hello!

I have question about data transfer.
The situation- I make shop, test modules, search templates and if i plan to open my online store in few weeks somebody need to start put the product info(info, description, pictures, product translates....) into web site because we have lots of items, and question - can the second person can install to here PC default prestashop and put in all information, description, pictures, product translates and then when I finish, all that information can be easy to moved to real shop site and ready for using? And if yes then please explain how can I do this? And maybe what will be the best solution?
