Motor Spares Theme Not Updating

I am new to Prestashop. I bought the Motor Spares theme.

I figured out where to change most things but at the moment the changes I make is not updated on the site.

Changes I make is saved in the backend but front end do not update.

 

I did switch off the cache function under Advanced/performance and I did clear my browser cache. Even tied from different computer. I also select the Force compilation option to see if it helps.

 

Example is the contact block module which displays contact number at top left, if I go to configure of the contact block module under modules the number I entered is there, but if I visit the page there is nothing.

 

Same with company logo top left, first used a jpg and then changed to a Gif and later png, but still only the jpg is displayed, it doesn't change.
