Back Up Files And Dns Update

Hi Guys,

 

I am trying to shift my website to A2Hosting. I have initially purchased my domain name and SSL certificate from Prestashop website and started my work on it.

 

Now I want to transfer all that to my A2Hsoiting server. They are asking me for back up files, SSL certificate and private KEY, authentification code, and update DNS with new servers info.

 

I am raising tockets since yesterday, no answer from prestashop.

 

Any clue on this as my project is frozen and i am getting frustrated.

I am simply shocked by the lack of support from prestashop. I am new here, and I am asking a simple thing and no answer! neither from ticket nor from forum. I even tried to call OVH in Ireland as I see that prestashop cloud is outsourced is with them, no answer till now.

 

my project frozen for more than 3 days now for something I would have done in 2 clicks if I created my website directly from the hosting site! Not acceptable!
