Product Price And Cart Rules (Creating Cart Rules In Db)

Hello everyone, 

 

 

I have a little problem about my website, in which I have +1000 products, prices going from 0.50€ to 25-30€...

 

I tried to add a rule which says that if a product costs under 1€, the visitor must buy at least 10 pieces of it etc... under 2€ he must buy at least 5 pieces of it... etc...

 

I went into the phpmyadmin, tried to apply a rule in ps_cart_rule_product_rule and also in ps_product_sale but it doesn't work... 

 

 

Am I doing it wrong ? Or maybe I am not using the good way to apply this rule ? I really don't know how to affect it directly in the phpmyadmin to apply it to all my products at the same time. If I must do this one by one.... you can imagine the time that it will take. 

 

When I applied it directly from the back office to a specific product, it worked, and in the when we see the description, it tells that "this product need to be quantity minimum 5 etc... to add to the cart" and it adds the 5 instantly...
