BertG
I want to quit my current webshop and use the Presta cloud in future. I own(!) the domainname from my webshop which is registered by easywebshop.com. They say they cannot give ME access to DNS-records. They can give me the AUTH-code. They can change nameservers but not any DNS-A records or MX records. What should I do? What can I do? What is the best way to go? Transfer my (.NL) domainname to elsewhere (like godaddy or ... ?) and get grip on a DNS-A record to point to my Presta cloud shop? Or give Easywebshop nameservers to change? And if so: which are these nameservers for Presta CLOUD? I´ve read somewhere that there could be some problems with weblinking or webforwarding and search/engines. Is this something that will get on my path? Don't know the scope of this warning.
