Issues When Changing Primary Domain

Im having problem when switching the primary domain for my store from the PS subdomain to my domain:

 

What website looks like with the .pswebstore.com as primary domain is the first image with all content organized and menu in place(ignore right side of screen)

 

 

What website looks like with my atoamotos.com.co as primary domain: theme doesn't load up correctly and all content is out of place 

 

 

I sent this message to addons support team, and i was referred to the developer, and the developer sent me back to support.

Support has not replied and it's been 13 days.

 

Any help is greatly appreciated this affects the credibility of my storee!!!
