Add to Card button disappeared!

Hi,

I'm creating a site for a client, using version 1.2.5 and I've figured out how to make more than one drop down box, but after creating the 2nd box, the add to cart button disappeared.

If you refresh the page, you can see it there, but fades away.

I need to create 5 drop down boxes for this page, is it possible or am I going to be running into problems?
