Instagram Link Doesn't Show

I'm using PrestaShop 1.6.1.1  and the BioCosmetic theme. What I thought would (should) be simple it's not.

I wanted to add a link for Instagram. Under modules I went to configure PRESTACREA - Footer Custom v3.8.3 and there isn't a link for Instagram. Hhm. I then went to Social networking block v1.2.1 - by PrestaShop and there was a link to Instagram. Added my info and saved, nothing.

I made the changes to the .tpl file. The changes to the global.css were already there. Nothing.
