Sub Domains Don't Work On Fresh First Install 1.6

running SSL certs for both main domain - mybusiness.com and PS.mybusines.com
installing Prestashop (softaculous) into mybusiness.com works
but subdomain - PS  does not (PS.mybusiness.com)  will not work

the prestashop does not load - shows only a list of files including the subdomain and the admin folder

I don't want the prestashop to be installed into mybusiness.com as it may interfere with other programming for that site, also there is future development of PHP for the installation and modules so I cannot simply jump to the cloud hosting

 

Any suggestions and advice greatly appreciated

 

Prestashop themselves just want money out of me to install their product, so far - I AM NOT IMPRESSED

I am not sure if I understand your problem, but it looks like your hosting is not configured properly.

 

Also please look at the forum other people also had problems with softaculous.

This means that your subdomain is not properly configured, has nothing to do with Prestashop.  work with your hosting providers support to rectify this issue
