KristianMesterbrygg
Hi,I have been since very recently, about two days, not been able to access the section "Orders" in my back office. I have no idea what the error might be, and I have found several topics on this forum, but neither helped me out. This is the error message being displayed: Server error500 The website encountered an error while retrieving <link> . It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly. I have also tried to access the file config/define.inc.php and switch define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', false); to true. That just give me Syntax Error in one of my other files. If I correct that syntax error, there is just becoming a chain of them. Now I've reset the files as they were after the Server Error occured. Can someone help me out? tomerg3
Try checking the main apache error log, it may show more information. It's quite likely you changed a file that has an error in it, but because it is included, the line number error does not show up. Did you make any core file changes? KristianMesterbrygg
Communicate my error messages?Update:I made a full backup of every file and database and updated Prestashop. It seems to work now, and with some help from a user on the forum, we seem to have located the error. It seems like a recent module caused the problem. I have now contacted the company who made it and they are aware of the problem and working on it at the moment.
