Cache Causing Blank Pages

This is a big dilemma that I have related to Smarty Cache, I need help please.

 

ISSUES:

I start getting blank pages in   BO > Orders,  Catalog > Products, Customers and some other BO pages

My custom module to search Year, Make, Model stops working basically hanging on loading... and not returning any results.

 

TEMPORARY FIX THAT LASTS 1 HOUR

I disable Smarty Cache, sometimes I also have to Clear Cache, then everything starts working for about an hour until suddenly I experience the above issues.  Then I enable cache and also sometimes have to Clear Cache to resolve the problem for about an hour until it stops working again.
