How To Disable Transit Time

Greetings,

I want to disable transit time because it change the carriers name. 

For example i want to add "Παραλαβή απο το κατάστημα" that means "pick up in store" in Greek and after a while the system adds "Παραλαβή απο το καταστημα Pickup in store".
