Tcpdf Error: {Image} Unable To Get Image

Hello,

 

I have recently installed the paypal module on my prestashop 1.6 e-commerce store following the online installation user guide.

 

Everything works fine in terms of the customer adding items to cart, the checkout/payment process and the debiting of customers cards. However, once a transaction is completed a white, blank screen containing the following error message is displayed: TCPDF ERROR: {IMAGE} Unable to get image.

 

This leaves my customers confused as to whether their transaction was successful and they are uncertain as to whether their payment has been processed; usually when shopping online there is some sort of confirmation along the lines of "thank you for your order" or "your payment has been processed/was successful" or "thank you for ordering with ??? your transaction is now complete" etc etc.

 

Can anybody shed some light on what this problem is and why this page/error message is displayed??
