Size Of Containers

Hi All,

 

I was wondering where the height of the NAV bar is configured Or any other element for that matter). I have read the developers guide and it is very sketcy to say the least. For example, I would like to increase the height of the NAV bar, and then vertically centre all the items, I would also like to add an image (if possible). I am sure it can be done, and I presume I would do the centering in the various blockXXXX.css files, but where is the actual height of the nav bar sorted?
